Alberta certified inspections
All CVIP prices include:
- Complete inspection per Alberta CVIP Manual (brakes, steering, suspension, lights/electrical, tires/wheels, frame/body, couplers/hitches)
- Mandatory wheel/drum removal and internal brake component checks (air, hydraulic, and electric systems)
- Inspection record, certificate, and decal (upon passing)
Excludes: Repairs (quoted separately), or re-inspections required if failed and repaired off-site after 10 days.

- Each additional axle: +$100

01 — Brakes
Brake System
Full air brake or hydraulic brake inspection including brake adjustment, lining thickness, drums, rotors, slack adjusters, and air system integrity testing.
02 — Steering
Steering & Suspension
Comprehensive inspection of steering and suspension components including tie rods, drag links, kingpins, bushings, shocks, springs, wheel bearings, and alignment-related wear to ensure safe and stable vehicle operation.
03 — Lighting
Lights & Electrical
All DOT-required lighting — headlights, taillights, marker lights, brake lights, turn signals, hazards, reflectors, and trailer connectors verified.
04 — Frame
Frame & Body
Frame rails, crossmembers, cab mounts, and body security checked for cracks, corrosion, unauthorized modifications, or structural compromise.
05 — Tires & Wheels
Tires, Wheels & Hubs
Tread depth, sidewall condition, inflation, wheel fastener torque, hub condition, and tire load rating compliance for all axle positions.
06 — Coupling
Coupling & Fifth Wheel
Fifth wheel jaw and locking mechanism, kingpin wear, landing gear, safety chains, and all trailer coupling hardware inspected and tested.
